Очень деликатно, терпеливо, не навязчиво помогала подобрать осеннюю обувь на мои проблемные ноги, учитывая и возраст и стоимость и мои пожелания. Действительно сотрудник высокого класса, знающий товар, который предлагает. И к тому же - хороший психолог. Обувь я таки купила после полутора часов примеривания.
